Abdulrahim’s journey began early — not in a boardroom, but in the heart of his family’s small shops. Long before high school, he was helping his mother manage multiple retail stores, learning the essence of business from the ground up. Those early experiences shaped his work ethic and ignited a fire to build something bigger.
After obtaining his second-degree form Community College of Philadelphia - USA in the field of IT, Abdulrahim expanded his horizons to the U.S., where he took on a leadership role as Operations Manager for a non-emergency medical transportation company. Over the course of nine years, he developed deep expertise in logistics, compliance, and customer service — all while dreaming bigger.
That dream materialized in the form of US Ride Trans LLC (USRT), a transportation company he owns and operates in the United States. Back in the UAE, Abdulrahim also founded Abdulrahim Ali General Trading (AAGT), a versatile company involved in diverse commercial activities. But his most visionary move yet came with Biznass Global LLC — a management consultancy born to help entrepreneurs and startups find clarity, structure, and momentum.
Thanks to his sharp insight and practical experience, Abdulrahim was appointed as a consultant on the TV Show Shark Tank- UAE, where he provided strategic advice to a standout participant — the ambitious owner of a perfume factory, Dr. Safa Alnaqbi, operating in Dubai’s thriving entrepreneurial landscape. His contributions went beyond feedback, offering Dr. Safa Alnaqbi clear solutions and a strategic path forward.
